4 years!
It is amazing to look back and see how we met and to see how far we have come. We lived in a great apartment for 2.5 years, had a beautiful baby boy, bought a house, and now we are expecting a little girl who will join us in May. So many things have happened, but they are the best when shared with your best friend.
I love being married and having someone by my side constantly to support me and our family. He really is my best friend and is the best thing that has happened to me. I am glad he allowed me to keep bothering him through text messages and decided to give "dating" a try with me.
I love you so much Tyler and I am looking forward to many more years together with you!

Big Brother!
I have been sick for the first 3 months, but it is slowly dying off. I still have my moments though. It is hard having a 2 year old and being sick though. Probably have had him watch too much TV, but it helps me out a lot. I will keep you posted on everything as it goes. We are excited!!

Happy Birthday Cameron!
He is learning so much! It is like becoming 2 means your brain opens up even more and you learn SO much! He loves to talk. It is always fun when he comes up to you and just talks, but you have no idea what he is saying but he sure does LOL. He tries so hard though. I can understand a lot of it, but not some of the new stuff. He copies everything he hears so we can only watch kids shows with him awake. He is learning lots of new signs too. Now is only he would use them with Grandma. It seems like he gets shy with her. He at least signs GRANDMA to her, so that is a start.
We were able to go to his 2 year check up. He is 36.5" tall (90%) and 26.5 lbs (35%). He is still one tall skinny boy. He had to catch up on some shots at this appointment and it wasn't fun. He screamed so loud. It was so sad :(
We were able to celebrate his birthday on Oct 9. We were able to have Shad and Brittany and their family over for dinner and then Shanna and Gregg Scott and their family came over for cake and ice cream. It is nice to have at least some family/friends to come over and celebrate. Wish more family lived closer. Anyways, here are some pictures from his birthday.

23 months!
I sure love this little boy though. He is so much fun, even though he loves to push my buttons.
He is loving to talk more and more. He is putting more words together. He will be talking sentences before we know it! He is even starting to talk to himself and that is pretty fun to watch. He had his favorite things to do. He loves to walk to get the mail with us after his nap and get a fruit snack. He loves Mickey Mouse Clubhouse (that is going to be his birthday theme this year).
He is one smart boy. I can sign the alphabet to him and he knows what the letters are. He struggles a little with K and L, but he knowst he rest. He is getting good at his numbers too. He skips 9, but he gets the others. One smart boy. I am really proud of him :)
We put him in a toddler bed for the first time last night. I am so thankful that he stayed in it all
night. I was worried he would fall off or play, but he did so well! Just hope he continues to do that for us.
We are still learning lots, but he is lots of fun and I am looking forward to each day to see what he will learn.

22 months!
Time sure does fly. I can't believe another month has gone by and we are only two months away from having a two year old! It is still amazing to me that I have an adorable little boy who keeps me on my toes everyday. He is the second best thing that has happened to me. He is learning so much and I can't believe it! He is not my baby anymore :(
Cameron is so big! We have been able to go swimming a couple of times so far and he loves the pool now. He kept asking for "imming" (swimming). He didn't want to leave, but it was closing so we had to. I am sure glad he is liking it more and more.
He is copying everything we say and sign even more. He is getting so smart. We are starting to do more with numbers and the alphabet. He is really good at 1-5, but still working on 6-10. He skips straight to 8 :) He has learned that we say the ABC's while we wash our hands, so he will say " A, C, hands"...He knows what to do LOL. He is trying really hard to learn signs too. He will copy what we tell him to copy, but his hands are still learning how to make the shapes. He will get it one of these days.
We are still working on food with him, but every so often he will surprise us and try something. I just hope he gets out of this stage soon. It is hard to feed him and carry food around with us all the time just to make sure he eats. Maybe I should just stop so he will learn to eat what we eat. I don't know. So hard when you want to make sure they eat something.
We are enjoying summer together. Tyler doesn't work during the summer, so it has given us more time as a family. It has been great! He does have summer school, but it has only been for 8 weeks and only a few days a week. We have been able to go swimming, play with friends, and even go on a couple of dates while Cameron goes to a friends house to play. It has been a lot of fun. Wish we could have gone somewhere, but hard when I am working and we have no money to pay for the vacation. Oh well. One of these days we will get to some where. It just might have to be after Tyler graduates, but we are almost there 1 1/2-2 more years!!!

Summer Fun
For the 4th of July, we were able to do fireworks with friends. It was fun to be together with friends and see Cameron's face when watching the fireworks. I wish I had my camera with me to take pictures, but I didn't. Tyler was setting off the fireworks too, so he couldn't use his camera and that thing is too complicated to me :) I hope you all had a great 4th of July!

Update
Tyler is back to school for the summer. It is only a block semester, but it is something to keep him busy and get him that much closer to getting done with school. We are getting there. We are starting to see a little at the end of the tunnel.
I am still working at night, 29 hours a week. Just trying to get some things paid off. I still have my business as well which keeps me busy when I do have orders coming in. I am currently working on my weight as well, which after 4 years I am finally losing some. I am pretty proud that it is finally coming off.
Cameron is 21 months now. He sure is a big boy now. He seems like he grows so much over night. It is amazing. He is starting to put words together more and more, shows me his colors that he sees, and still copies everything we say. He is so much fun!
July 4th was a lot of fun. It was Cameron's first time seeing the fireworks. Last year, he was still too small and we didn't want to keep him up too late. This year he actually got to stop up and see them and he was hesitant at first, but he warmed up pretty quick. He sure loved those snap ones that he was able to throw on the ground. I think those were his favorites.
Not too much is going on. Just trying to get some things paid off and just enjoying the weather that is finally here. I did get a new swim suit (finally!) and I am dying to use it. Just hope the weather stays good and no more sickness so we can go.
21 Months!
Where does time go?? It goes by way too fast! It is still hard to believe that this little boy is about to turn 2 in the next few months. Many people believe he is turning 3 with how tall he is. I am glad he isn't though. I don't know if I could handle that right now :)
Cameron is sure learning lots and getting into trouble at the same time. He sure is a boy! We are still getting over him being sick which was not fun. Last week on Wednesday, he started out with a runny nose and small fever. He was not a happy boy so we knew he was getting sick. We were not prepared for what was coming though. Thursday night, I was at work and I get a message from Tyler telling me that I needed to call him. I was getting off work, so I called and he then told me that Cameron was breathing so loud that he could hear him all the way downstairs and he had a cough. He asked what we should do. I didn't know, so I said to call the doctor and ask what they suggest (even though I thought they couldn't do much). I was driving home as Tyler was talking to the nurse. I finally get a call from him saying that Cameron happened to cough into the phone at the right time. The nurse heard him and said it was croup. He needs to be seen to be given a steriod. Of course, the night doctor closes at 10 pm so we need to go the ER. Great! I get home and we take him to the ER. We wait (20 mins thank goodness) and they get us back there. Sure enough, it was croup and they gave him a steriod to help him with his breathing. We had to do a cool mist humidifier for at least 30 minutes before we could go home. OK. We are ready. Of course they don't come back for another 20 minutes to start it. We were there from 10:30 pm-1:00 am! We all came home and crashed.
We were hoping that Cameron would sleep in, but he was up at 7 am crying. He was not happy. We was crying all day due to lack of sleep and being sick. Not a good combination. We started getting medicine in him and that helped a little bit, but he just needed to sleep. He finally went down to a nap and it allowed us to sleep too. It wasn't long enough, but it helped. Now, he is finally back to his regular routine and is a happy boy again. He is still finishing up the croup (takes 5-10 days), but so much better!
Anyway, the good stuff :) He is learning so much stuff! He is starting to tell me his colors. He will see a color he recognize and will tell me. He is putting more words together. He will be talking sentences before we know it! He still loves the outdoors. He is copying more and more signs that we do. He has a new favorite food. He loves cereal, but not just any cereal. He loves daddy's Fiber One. It is odd that he does, but we give him a little bit. At least he eats it. Better than nothing. We are still working on the food part, but I hope he gets it soon.
Just get to keep watching him grow and learn is the best thing ever. We love him so much and I am looking forward to many more years with him and more children as well.

20 months!
He has such a personality now though. He is loving to talk. He will copy everything you tell him to say (at least attempts to). He will even try to copy our signs too, but still working on him doing it himself. Let me tell you what he is up to:
- Loves nursery now (they say he is one of their best ones now)
- Loves to ride the lawn mower with daddy (says lawn mower all the time)
- Loves walks
- Gets in the runner and tells me he is "ready"
- Loves the grass
- Still working on food, but his latest is, he loves peanuts (who would have thought)
- Likes to play with our phones (especially to look at pictures and videos)
- Loves to talk to Dee Dee and Papa on the computer and Grand Dad on daddy's phone
- Has learned to lock/unlock doors
- Has to close all the doors
- Likes to be in daddy's "boffice"
- Likes to watch daddy play games on his phone
He has been learning lots and we are so proud of him. We did a little bit of a scare a few weeks back. He had his first ear infection. Luckily, it was only a little one, but he also had a fever of 102 and that is what scared us. Come to find out, it was a little infection on the throat (not strep), but it would go away. We got antbiotics for him and we went home. A couple days later, he broke out in a rash. He had a reaction to the Amoxicillian. Just like his mom. They do want to try it again later to see if he is really allergic, but we took him off of it right away and he is doing lots better now. So glad to get our happy boy back :)

19 months!
Anyway, our little boy is getting so big! He is learning lots. I am still shocked with how much he has grown. They really do grow up so fast!
The things he is doing now is:
- running
- signing lots more
- loves outside
- loves to ride the lawn mower with daddy
- loves bubbles
- gets in the jogging stroller and tells me he is "ready"
- loves technology
He is not so little anymore. We are still working on nursery. Somedays he does really good and others he doesn't. It doesn't help that it is right during his nap, but that does happen. The teachers have told us that he does really well until some other kid starts to cry and that causes him to cry. We will get there. Just glad he is getting better. One of these days he will last the whole time :)
Other than that, he is doing great. Still working on his food habits. He is like his mom, which is not a good thing. We sure are working hard on trying to over come it. Any suggestions is appreciated :)

17 months!
Our little boy is definitely not a baby anymore. I can't believe how grown up he is getting. I don't know where time has gone. It is like I blinked and he is ready for nursery. I will probably blink again and it will be time to start school! Where does the time go?? It is amazing.
I will admit, I am excited for him to go into nursery to socialize and get to know other kids, but I am nervous too! Am I the only one?? I guess I am just scared how he will be around other kids. He is a shy boy and I don't know how he will react with 15 other kids! I guess we will see what happens.
He is learning to speak a lot. He copies everything we say, so we have learned to be careful what we say. He is at a fun age though. He is frustrating at times, but who isn't? We sure love this boy so much though. This is what he is up to:
- Can now go down stairs
- Has learned to turn around and climb down off the couch/bed
- Calls anyone with grey hair and glasses grandma/grandpa
- Learning how to clean up after himself
- LOVES signing time
- Wants to walk EVERYWHERE
- Loves bubbles
- Loves outside

16 months
Our little boy is getting so close to nursery age and I am so excited!! I know that sounds bad, but I am ready for him to go play with some friends his age and let Mom and Dad take care of their class (primary teachers).
He is growing up so fast though. He is learning lots. He is finally walking!!! It is so nice not having to carry him everywhere and not getting his pants dirty from crawling everywhere (especially the church floor). He loves to talk...a lot! He mixes in signs with talking, but that is okay. He needs to know both anyways. He has a favorite book "Good Night Gorilla" or g'illa as he calls it. I think my favorite is when he signs gorilla. Love it!
We are still working on the eating habits. He was so good as a baby, but not good anymore. I am glad it isn't just him (according to the doctor), but it still worries me. We try to give him food of what we eat, but he just pushes it away. It is hard because I don't want him to get in the habit of that, but I also don't want to force him to eat either and hate the food forever. I think he is still a little too young to really understand too. We are just still plugging away and trying to get him to eat more options. We have his favorites, but it is hard when they are really "snacks."
I finally have a schedule for him of what to do when we are awake. He has a nap schedule (since he was born), but now to figure out his day. It has helped me so much! It helps the day go by fast and I don't feel as bored. I am so glad I did this. Thanks SuperNanny :)
We love this little boy so much! He is definitely at the fun-learning stage!

15 months!
Here are some interesting facts about our little boy:
- So close to walking by himself
- Can climb up the stairs (working on the coming down)
- Can say many words (mommy, dadda, g'ma, dee dee, papa, mandee, scott, dog, doggie (yuckie), spongebob, doctor, milk)
- Can sign many words as well (mom, dad, milk, water, dog, doctor, work, please, thank you, eat)
- Has 12 teeth
- Wears 24 months clothes
As you can see, he sure is a big boy. We love him so much and love playing with this little boy and watching him grow/learn.
